Colorado's Best Award Winners

Barbara Tobiska, founder of the Lakewood Arts Council, and oil painting teacher extraordinaire, juried the 2020 Lakewood Arts Colorado's Best Exhibit.  She chose some stunning winners! Here are the winners:
